Company founder Rita Tang is one of the most experienced and seasoned recruitment specialists in consumer and business research. Previous to forming nLiten Workshop, Rita was the Fieldwork Director and Head of Recruitment for a number of household names in market research, where she managed over 2,000 projects across industries such as: financial services, luxury goods, automotive, hospitality & airlines, personal services, fast moving consumer goods, media, education, property development & public sector, etc. She is well-known for her unique access to pools of affluent and hard-to-reach professionals and has received praises from clients she worked with.
